Beril Tan

Beril Tan (Turkey) is a director and visual storyteller. She graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University with a degree in Cinema and Television. Throughout her education, she focused on visual culture, actor management, and film grammar. She worked as assistant director on numerous TV series, films, and commercial sets. Her first short film, "Farklı Bir Yas" (A Different Kind Of Mourn), supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, was successfully completed and featured in the selections of several film festivals. Her next project is currently in the pre-production process.
